Carlos flagged this through the crew app this morning. The main pool pump has developed a clicking noise at startup that appears to be getting louder over the last few days. It doesn't currently prevent operation, but Carlos recommends inspection before the Harrington private rental at 2:00 PM.

Elena Marin is requesting guest passes for two visitors on Saturday, June 20 for the members' social. She has noted that one guest has a tree nut allergy and would like that flagged with the F&B team in advance of the event.

Marcus wanted to share how impressed his family has been with the morning lifeguard team this season, particularly their attentiveness during early lane swim hours. He specifically mentioned how welcoming they have been to his daughter Sofia during her lessons.

The member noted that afternoon sun creates uncomfortable glare and heat in the bleacher area adjacent to Court 3, particularly between 3–5 PM during junior lessons. They suggest a shade sail or pergola structure, and referenced a similar installation at the Burlingame Tennis Club.

Two separate members flagged the Court 2 net within an hour of each other. The top tape is fraying along approximately half its length. Carlos has been assigned to inspect and source a replacement. Net replacement is standard inventory: estimated $80 to $120.

Suggestion to add a Tuesday 6–8 PM open swim slot to the summer schedule. Added to the July calendar planning agenda for the board's consideration at the June 23 meeting. Three similar suggestions have been received this season.
